    Strata Plus

    800m2 12 week program – 2 Stages – Office fitout

    Constructor Group was engaged by Strata Plus for the design and Construct of its new office in Surry Hill. We where engaged to completely change the entire floors current layout over 2 stages during Christmas. Stage 1 required us to demolish the firs half of the floor whilst the client and there team continued to run the business on the second half of the floor. With hoarding up, we demolished and commenced with our construction. With the success of stage 1, we relocated the team and commenced on stage 2 over the Christmas break. Stage 2 involved us to build an additional 3 tenancies with 4 large meeting rooms for shared use by its occupants. Our team was able to meet and exceed the clients expectations and the results in the pictures speak for itself.
